That's a kickass middle eight. I know every note of Brinsley's original solo, but this guy (anyone know his name?) is darn good too.

I knew Bruce before he got famous, and early on he was powerful and passionate.

You notice to the right of this is Dave Edmunds and Nick Lowe stuff - two other guys that are too cool for school!

I heartily agree. I saw him one time at a concert and told him that LOVE GETS YOU TWISTED really helped me get through a bad romance. He was so cool.

Same here... Bruce never packed that heavy of a rock and roll punch. Graham on the other hand has something magic.

This song sums up / describes a 35 yr. relationship with my wife.

Don't forget Springsteen guested on the track Endless Night from the Up Escalator album with Graham which is a show of mutual respect . Both great artists regardless of who sold more records.

@hexcane The amount of riffs and rhythms are relatively finite. But when it comes to creating music artists do have an infinite amount of arrangements (if they're good enough) and they certainly can create a unique and compelling harmonious song. That's why there will always be that fresh new sounding song that comes along every so often.
