Graham Parker and the Rumour perform "Don't Ask Me Questions" on a show called UK Gold. This is a rare opportunity to see what GP's eyes look like.

Graham Parker and the Rumour are like The Clash. Only way better.

Springsteen is a mega Parker fan, and Dylan also admired him. It's pretty unanimous among music critics that he's pretty much a genius when it comes to songwriting. Costello doesn't have a third of his talent, but he does have is an image: a gimmick wardrobe and glasses, a nickname. He also has a couple of big international hits like Allison, Pump It Up, Oliver's Army and that Notting Hill "She" shit. If Parker had a specific phony image and two or three big singles-Hall of Fame, without doubt.

Más que The Jam, Elvis Costello, Specials, The Clahs, The Police, etc. siempre Graham Parker movía más y mejor mis pies.

Does anybody have TOTP where Parker is hosting and he says "Well, that wasn't very good, was it?" I would love to see that. I don't think he cared for Suzi Quatro.

Don't ask me what I may think. I have no answers to no questions.

One of the few New Wave singers that could do a decent versionof soul music. I used to go and see GP & Rumour live: they were electtric to watch and incredibly hard working, but somehow never made it as big as they deserved.

Damn. Haven't heard this one in eons. What a classic! I remember having a different version on 45 (silver Vertigo label, I think). He really deserved to be a star. Oh well, so much for mass appeal lol.

He has nice eyes - should have shown them more! The sunglasses were a bit alienating. Great composer and singer.

Love this song. Brinsley Schwartz is the most under-rated guitarist in rock.
