for those of you too complacent and opinionated about which song came first (i.e this or dare, omfg i like dare better) stop your egoism for a moment and pay ATTENTION to the purpose of the video. it starts out with MARS or a RED MOON at the LOWER LEFT CORNER of the video, then introduces "people" (portrayed as machines, hence their faces being the HEAD of the CELLPHONES) as, like i said, mechanical wastes of space. they float around with zero purpose aside from being obliviously ignorant to their own natures. this video and somg are an obvious parody of the lack of Love and Femininity of humanity. not femininity like "omg u wear a dress so ur a womens", but the ability of the limbic system of the brain (which is the second uppermost part of the brain govering Creativity, Intuition and Emotion--also the closest section of our brains to the HUMAN brain, the entire frontal lobe) to function without being supressed by machinery, or in this case, deducted from the constant social-political opinions of Gorillaz in virtually every song, how the MEDIA has complete control over the human mind. Again, massive message about the misuse of technology and the fact this "age of reason" has made most individuals, collective. :)
