For years I have listed Metallica’s “No Leaf Clover” off of the S&M album as my all time favorite orchestral accompanied rock song with “November Rain” featuring Elton John plus strings accompanying Axl Rose on the keyboards! Although a different genre, Electra Malone’s keyboard performance with Madonna in “Get into the Groove” was breathtaking! Does anybody remember Ike and Tina Turner? Well in this performance with Gorillaz on Demon Days Live Tour, Ike goes off the chain! Since Metallica supersedes Gorillaz in my music liking I am going to have to give “Every Planet We Reach is Dead” second place on the totem pole, beating out Axl Rose!
