Bong Ra and I spoke about this recently I think we both used the same sample pack, though I think it was a pack he had a hand in creating, I was unaware of the riff until I heard DJ Skull Vomit's remix, it's certainly a slamming riff :)

if it is sampled from bong-ra it is because he has made something based on a slayer riff. i think at about 50 seconds in they even shout 'slayer'.
