It definitely brings back great memories. Always loved the synthesizer sound that these guys used.

This was voted the worst record ever made in quite a few 1970's polls it doesn't sound THAT bad does it?

I started going out with a girl called Christina just around the time this came out. She didn't like it I'm afraid............ (this song, that is)

What a great time the 70s Long hair drain pipe trousers for the guys, platforms printed bell bottoms. We played hide and seek and just sang all the pop songs. What a lovely era I can relive those memories with songs like these

@kazantzakis01 What a time, indeed! Miners' strikes. Power cuts. Not enough fuel. The great oil shocks: petrol prices doubled, then tripled. Teachers' strikes. Bell-bottomed pants. Ludicrous haircuts. Nurses' strikes. The midi-skirt. Lorry drivers' strikes. Prog rock. Bus strikes. Homophobia. Marcia Falkender. Train strikes. "Love Thy Neighbour", FFS! Rubbish piling up in the streets. Brotherhood of Man. Overcooked cabbage. And did I mention the strikes? The 70s: A WASTED DECADE!

Disagreed, there are a whole load more that were dreadful. Listening to nearly half of the tracks on the "Velvet Tinmine" album - how some of them got a record deal is beyond me.

FlipMartian - it was on TOTP but it's been wiped by the BBC so we won't be seeing it again, unfortunatly. There's an interesting cover of Good Grief Christina on YouTube by Valentina, worth a listen......

They did play this on Top of The Pops - I remember the guy with the antlers on his head. Pity that footage hasn't resurfaced anywhere! :-)
