The alarm hit at 4:50 this morning. I was dead asleep. I had two good workouts yesterday and needed recovery. I knew that I had to get up. I knew that my day would be better if I just got up, got dressed, turned on a playlist and hit the weights. I wasn't in the mood for cardio this morning, I am back in lifting mode so I came up with something on the fly and it was still a circuit. Yesterday my daughter got into the Band Good Clean Fun with me so I went back to them. I found the song Positive Hardcore and that lit the fuse for me. When I was done I felt so great, so motivated and I knew I made the right choice to get out of my very comfortable bed. Life was very good after this workout.
