This indeed goes well with the movie, actually like it more than Tina, even though Tina's Goldeneye is still fantastic.

What hatred? The Soviet Union were good guys. Just one soviet dude was mad and turned against them.

Yea, not sure this song would of worked that well. Maybe with a few changes, like getting rid of the snapping fingers. Oh well, that ace of base manager was an idiot lol

You mad? They were the bad guys during the Cold War! This movie is great.

Very bad movie, shows his hatred for the Soviet Union. Well that the film company did not take the song The Juvenile Ace of Bace for this film, I would be very much pleased to hear that song in the movie.

Not bad, but not Bond.

True, but this one made more sense because of the connection to Alec Trevelyan's backstory

Quel dommage, cette chanson est super et bien mieux que celle de Tina turner,j'étais fan de ce groupe à l'époque

I didn't think Tina Turner's song was that good as well as her delivery, I thought it was pretty cliche, trying too hard to be "Bond Opening from the 60s". But this Ace of Base song would not have worked either. It's a good song but it doesn't pack the punch of a pationate action movie like Bond should have.

meh....Tina Turner was the right choice.

Well since they couldn't call it Goldeneye, they had to change the title...Juvenile has the same amount of sylables as Goldeneye, i guess if you change the juvenile part to goldeneye, you'd get pretty much what the song would have been if it was chosen. I like this song, but i can see why it wasn't chosen over the Tina Turner song.

well the song was re-titled for mass release as the juvenile, as for the meaning i have no idea though it could connect to Alec Trevelyan's backstory

great song but Tina's song written by Bono and The Edge was better though. They could have used this for the end credits maybe - Like they did with Surrender in Tomorrow Never Dies, but than we would not have had The Experience Of love by Eric Serra himself. :) I guess I'm one of the few that actually liked that song.

the original lyrics made so much more sense.

The original Demo actually is on Youtube, but it was clearly a work in progress. The instrumentation isn't all there and the lyrics are very literal. This reworked version actually works much better save for the title change (what does "the juvenile" have to do with anything?)

From what I understand, this song was originally called 'The GoldenEye' but they weren't allowed to release it with that name. I guess they had to change some of the lyrics too. No one has heard the original since it was recorded back in 1995. I would much like to hear it.
