This is a new language for me.It is beautiful.Poetry with music is powerful.I am an old man now and hearing the present in this mode is a transporting experience.

I think it's pretty much a "barenaked" song.. But hey! ok! Different stokes for different folks.

fair enough i mean you could try imagine what might be "between the beats" whatever that means... you can dress it up how u want, but I wouldnt miss this track if i never heard it again

I do not agree with you. It is to me a song trying to discribe an emotion/ feeling for wich there are no words, into words.. One needs to read between the lines and listen in between beats. The organized chaos of the drums is creating spaces/ voids it seems, room for the mind. That's why it is something beond what dominates the music and one of their best tracks to me.

the beginning sounds like I'm in the forest that Naked Snake was in, in Metal Gear Solid 3. hahhahaaha

I see how people are a little confused by the drums. I was too the first time I heard this song, but it totally makes sense to me now. It's like the drums force you to listen closely. Listen closely and you will hear that it matches the rhythm of the song.

That drum beat is too distracting. I listened to it a few times and I cannot sych up with this song. I just don't feel it, it's too alien for me sadly. = (
