One of the few great Nick Drake covers I've heard!Nick seems to be one of the hardest artists to cover. His recordings have such intimacy that almost all covers sound shallow in comparison. Well done.

I was watching nick drake covers and saw hansard's one. But the thing that struck me was the guitar(decent cover too). First I thought the pickguard was cracked and then slowly it dawned on me I was looking at ribs, it's like guitar surgery cringe!

i think he plays it in drop d, capo on 2. this is what i could see and play by ear verse chords: 333000 | 000230 (he plays a little riff that goes something like 000230 000030 004030 000030 020030 000030, for the timing look closely at the start. also sometimes i think i hear 222002 and 000232 during the verses.) chorus: 444200 | 222000 | 444200 | 222000 555000 if anyone hears this better let me know :)
