@moomoofan11 Yeah, I've read several articles on him lately that said he couldn't remember places he had just been, and his wife had to remind him. It frustrates him, as it does with any alzheimers patient. I've worked with them on and off for years as a healthcare worker.

JUST MISSED!!! "Country Boy {You Got Your Feet In L.A.)" just missed making the Billboard's Hot Top 10 chart; it peaked at No. 11 and spent a total of 14 weeks in the Hot Top 100 in 1975/76, it entered the charts on Nov. 8th, 1975. This record directly followed Mr. Campbell's No. One record "Rhinestone Cowboy"!!!

@TheKramer1940 Sounded like Helen Reddy to me.

Always loved this song. Such a shame that his dementia is rapidly progressing to the point where he will no longer be able to perform. He has admittedly almost forgotten how to play the guitar, and his current tour will be his last.

Not as good as Rhinestone Cowboy, but I like the effort.

When i was a kid I used to sing 'country boy, you've got your feet in a lake!' 'til my Mum corrected me. God bless you Glen. They don't make them like you any more.

Glenn Campbell, Buck Owens and Roy Clark. Now that would've been a great show! True Legends!

The last words you hear "thank y'all" sounds like Sonny Bono

Most likely The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour, February 1977 according to Wikipedia's article on "Glen Campbell Videos."

hedlundk

my guess is that's from Dinah Shore, but a lot of folks had variety shows in the '70's

@EffieMay29 It does not sound like Cher, but you could be right.
