This was when Glee was at its best. Almost wish they'd brought the newbies from season 6 onto the show instead of the ones from season 4. Kitty was the only one I liked from them. The others were all boring and just worse copies of the characters already there

I find it ironic that Schue made the members of Trouble Tones seem uncooperative when they complained that Rachel was the only one who got time in the spotlight. Yet, once Rachel couldn’t perform, each of the New Direction members actually got to showcase their talent.I also find it ironic that the girls wanted to be a part of the Trouble Tones so that each member could have a chance to sing lead. Yet, only Mercedes and Santana did so at sectionals.

I just love this performance!! It's one of my favourite competition ones along with Man In The Mirror and their whole season 3 vintage set! They just look like they're having so much fun and it sounds so tight and... ugh! I just love it so much!

I loved how this episode actually showed other characters getting a chance in the spotlight. It's crazy how Mike went to saying only like one line in season 1 to season 3 where he got to not only dance but sing, and they started opening up his character a little more. Just as we got to know him they switched everything up in season four.
