It's true! In my case i have different bellow action even from reed to reed, besides some bags have just this "elastic" quality, but still such a drastic difference between the two, it seems like one to six proportion.

How come left side guy doesn't pump the bellows AT ALL but still plays? Right side guy's bellow pumping is much more frequent.
