This great but very different Gilbert song is from his 1997 album SINGER SOWING MACHINE . The video is inspired by John and Yoko`s famous ` Bed-in` for peace protest in 1969 when they spent a week in bed in the Hilton Hotel in Amsterdam during their honeymoon. This version of the song is the mix that appeared on the Japanese version of the album ( in honour of Yoko ! ) and it`s quite different from the European album version - and better I think !

@Zapidian There are many sides to Gilbert . On this particular album he experimented with new sounds - not everyone liked it but I think it`s great . Any artist has to push themselves creatively sometimes to stop them becoming bored with their work . Gilbert always includes some typical GOS material for his loyal fans but he also strives to break the boundaries too - I think that`s a good thing . You can`t live in the past .13 years ago
