For those being overly "anal":TEHCNICALLY, ANYTHING with an engine or motor and rides on the roadways is considered an automobile.  Within that we have cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc.  Sheesh....

Poor Joe who can't even get his mystifications right.  Duane Allman died in a MOTORCYCLE accident and was the co-lead guitar player with DICKEY BETTS from 1969 to 1971.   He wasn't "for a period of time THE guitar player" nor was Gregg the only lead singer as well.  It was called the Allman Brothers Band by Capricorn Records' owner Phil Walden for marketing reasons, and Dickey Betts is actually the one who contributed the most by covering lead guitar (including slide after Duane's passing) , lead vocals as well as writing most of their original tunes...

I always though Duane was killed in a motorcycle accident (not automobile) and wasn't there someone else that died a year before or a year after the same way but I can't remember who it was..... and it's driving me crazy. The "slide guitar lesson" Joe did in the 80"s is absolutely hilarious, I'm not sure what he was on but he was in fine form for that lesson, plus the guy who's interviewing Joe has the typical 80's hair which makes it even more funnier.

Excellent. Insightful. To the rookies commenting below...if you listen to  "how he talks", you can't hear what he has to say. His catalog with the James Gang alone was legend before the Eagles ever began...show respect.
