Live in Sweden, February or March 1980.

Bobby Osborne - mandolin

Sonny Osborne - banjo

From a VHS tape with realy bad quality, the guy that "panic" recorded it from TV had inserted the first available tape he found and there is probably some material missing in the begining of the show.

Ain't like the new bluegrass coming out today. Proof that the old is better than the new.

@Zack Young - wise up.  They are saying "Creek", not "Cree".  The Creeks were indigenous to South GA, and the Cherokees to N. GA.  The richest of the Cherokees, Rich Joe Vann, lived in N. GA, and his mansion there is a historical monument to this day.  The Creeks, along with the Cherokees, the Choctaws, Chickasaws, and Seminoles were the 5 "civilized tribes" of the Southeastern USA who were forced to move to Oklahoma by Andrew Jackson in the 1830s.  Please study your historical facts before posting.  Thanks.

Wonder what the cameraman is doing that's cracking up Sonny and Bobby? I'd love to go fishin' with Sonny.  That'd be a hoot!He really seems like a lot o' fun to be around.    8-)

This sought of music has a quality that you just don't find in Today's iTunes charts. Like a glass of good bourbon it warms the spirit and soothes the soul

I lost track of them when we moved from Dayton Oh.. to Vandalia. Oh my gosh.. well saw them on some of the tv shows. Didn't realize who they were til I was much older. They lived next door ( parents) Sonny got married and lived across the street. I use to hang out at their house, Their mom .. taught me how to garden.. I picked Pears off the tree.. sonny would hold me up! lol memories. Thanks for posting this.

@plunky123 Yep....You are correct. No doubt a stelling sound coming from it. I had a bellflower a few years back and sounded very similar to this. Nothing like his granada...or his rb3...But still a good banjo.
