This is a music video directed by Lily Smith made for George Pringle's track Carte Postale.

It was really hard to try and sum up the song with images so we stuck to a simple idea which we feel still allows the song to cast its own images. £10 to the person who can guess who'se in the rabbit suit.

There will be another video coming for Carte Postale which will be made from still photographs that inspired the song.

To be honest I don't think the video is either very good, very original, or very creative, and that it's trying to sell an excellent mind on looks. But, George Pringle, if you are watching this, this song, which I stumbled across very soon after you first uploaded it to a free site and before you made others, inspired me to put my own prose-poems to music and get them out there, since when I have started attracting a little attention, and it has become the main direction of my life.

I'm going through some old stuff, and I remember listening to this all night. I was projecting, like "she understands me!" and "I love her!" But, projected fixation or not, she was always good, and her music always creative and interesting.

It's fun to know this was all produced in Garageband, which is awesome! Of special note it's awesome to note that it sounds like she used the violin from AMGs expansion pack for Garageband! Definitely a great use of that!

I feel really bad for her with regards to this video. She is so talented and poetic, but to have someone make a video for you whom has no sense of direction or of the way film and spoken word mix together thats just murder.

Everyone's opinion is valid. I'm way past the point where I think I can - or even want to or care about - changing anothers views. So I'm off so as not to put off other posters. But I just want to inform all fans that she has finished her 1st album and you can download it or buy hardcopy(cd-limited edition) on her myspace page. (got my copy.) Adios.

@Wankshaftsbury my six closest friends and my brother all aged between 17 and 18 could each undoubtedly compose better music than this. I wouldnt call the backing track a strength here, nor is it inventive in any substantial way.

@Wankshaftsbury Inventive? wow. Thats a pretty inventive use of the word inventive my friend.
