George's records were my babysitter, My dad put me in a play pen, and put a stack of the possum on the turn table. I would play with my stuffed animals, and listen to George. Dad worked a farm, but when he checked in on me, he just flipped the records to the other side. I fell asleep to George, my second daddy. My dad met him on a Country cruise. He sang with his band.
