There's only 8 notes ( not including flats, and sharps of every note), so eventually two songs would sound the same. Did anyone else realize that maybe it happened by accident other than George? Ronnie Mack who wrote 'He's So Fine' was prolly a broke ass, and needed the money, so he accused George of plagiarizing. Listen to Dani California, and Mary Jane's Last Dance. Songs sounding the same happens, and I feel that George (his family) should get an apology for all the court bs George had to go
