They don't get paid a lot. I have had many friends who were in Afghanistan and it's not enough money to be shot at. I support our men and woman fighting for us and I'm damn proud, damn proud! This song made me sad. Even the thought of having my boyfriend go to war makes my heart sink. I can not imagine having a loved one serving so far away. Even though I don't support war I understand sometimes it is necessary, however unfortunate. My respects to anyone brave enough to have to go through that. :(
