Honestly I like them both too. and they should never be compared. However I have to say not even JIMMY HENRICKS I would compare to Benson. This dude let the gutar speak in every freaking language. We see them all but Benson is just one who lets his guitar talks very fluently. lol

What an introduction by George Benson. Huge personality on this man.

I thought Carlos did really good for a rock guitarist; he hit the right notes to keep the melody going. Watching him hold the chords, I can tell he is not a jazz guitarist, regardless it was still really good.

I love them both! To be honest, I think Benson was trying to show him up a little bit here, but Carlos wasn't intimidated. He didn't try to match Benson lick for lick, but simply did what he does best, which is play from his heart. And I think Benson realized as the song went on that he was playing with somebody who truly admired him and was not there to compete. And in the end, that's what makes this video so great. A jazz legend with perfect chops embracing a less precise guitarist with an indomitable spirit. Both men play from the heart, and together they made some beautiful music here. :-)
