Great stuff. What gig is the audio from? It sounds like it's on the North American leg, before they really started stretching it out.

They were way more successful without PG, but way super boring. I have no Genesis without him. I actually have a couple Phil Collins solo albums which aren't too bad though.

Genesis stands alone in a class by themselves and there is no comparisons to any other band because their music is so unique that it cannot be compared. I think PG just made the band so mystical and magical that separated them from any other band. When he left you can see how different their style yet successful turned out to be.
