The title is The Musical Box, from the album Nursery Crimes. It's a deranged fairy tale Peter wrote about a girl named Cynthia who beheads a boy named Henry with a croquet mallet. She finds dead Henry's musical box in which his spirit is trapped. When she opens it, he materializes as a lascivious old man who tries to molest her in revenge. That's the part where he screams "Why don't you touch me....now, now NOW NOW NOW!" so intensely!!!
