If my memory serves, I think this was @ Veteran's Stadium in Philly in the 70's. I was there, there was Gary Wright, Jefferson Starship, and Yes. It was an all day affair, Iwas stoned outta me gourd, so I could be wrong...

Can you tell me what is the name of the song when Deeds is in the Helicopter coming to Manhattan. It's after they sang "Major Tom", and as you start to see NYC in the background, and he says, "HELLO NEW YORK", there is a song being played in the background, and I have no idea what that is. Any help????? Thank you in advance… Captain T, U.S.M.C.

Just saw this unique guy Gary Wright who is an awesome artisit with this song in Ringo Starr and his all Starr Band at Bospop Netherlands 2011 in Weert last weekend and it was one of the best things that I ever saw... Such a bright and shiny song! And Edgar Winter who invented the strap on the keyboard was also there in that line up with the song 'Frankenstein' and it sounded fantastic too.

really an anonimous song...can't understand how could be a stadium so full for a singer like this...there were far better band and songs in the '70...

those portable keyboards were quite revolutionary for that time...and they were massive and probably heavy ... even If his 3 first albums (71-75) were very good i still think that i have been prefered that Gary Wright continue the Spooky Tooth musical adventure instead of their split in autumn 74...
