Truly one of the very best Numan - vids,I've ever watched here !! besides great video-work, it just shows Gary at a very "high point" of performance+show!! connected with huge "sound-balance",whole show + album are difficult to "beat" !!! many great songs, from this "area" seem to be almost forgotten !! but "we're here" to keep some spirit going ...,hopefully ....!!! Anyway: Thanx for sharing !!its great vid+song !!! Best Regards !!!

@belladonnawitch Really ???? I reckon this is his most ridiculous 'look' ever !! At least he's not yet resorted to wearing that outrageous "syrup" that he sports now. I reckon he looked the best during the 'Replicas' era. I'll always be a Numan fan...but I lost interest after 'Dance' !!

To be fair, there are a few moments on The Fury: God Only Knows, Call out the Dogs, Miracles and The Pleasure Skin. But the overwhelming backing vocals, the bad prom look (he, himself, later admitted that he would never of bought an album from some guy wearing dickie bows) and the bore that was This Disease and Tricks seem to overpower the positive aspects of the album. As for the most recent stuff, I would like him to see him push the boundaries a little further on the next album.

You are spot on my friend. I don't understand why people are giving you the thumb's down... Had Gary begun his career with The Fury and ended it with Machine and Soul, he wouldn't even been a footnote in in the history of music. You can be a fan and still be critical of his music.

he kinda went downhill after this great height, and imo it took him another 10 years to lift again.
