I didn't realize how different the song sounded from the Elton John duet version until I saw Gary sing it during the "When Cordon Met Barlow" documentary. There's a noticeable melody pitch change when he gets the "when we're face to face oh aah!' part. I wish they would've emphasized that bit more on the duet but then again Gary was given only 90 minutes to record the song with Elton in studio so he had to just go with what they had recorded in that session.

I think the kind of Gary's music is to just sit, listen and watch. I am in Saudi Arabia but i am enjoying even though i would want to see him live in concerts.... But omg....!!! Amazing..
