Raczę się (jak raczek) kolejnym utworem z "Version 2.0" - jest nim "Medication". Nagranie płynnie przechodzi z mocniejszych uderzeń do czułości i subtelności. Jak chyba wszystkie nagrania Garbage, także tutaj mamy do czynienia ze sprzecznościami, ale przeważa błogi i refleksyjny nastrój. Jako taki ten numer nie ma odpowiednika na płycie i od początku zwracał moją uwagę. Teraz im dłużej słucham płyty, tym bardziej doceniam jego walory, nie znajdując niczego o podobnie wciągającym brzmieniu. Rzadko miałem okazję słuchać wokalu Manson, który brzmi tak wysoko i subtelnie jak tutaj. Przypomniało mi się Cocteau Twins i inne zespoły wykonujące dream pop. Tylko szkoda, że Shirley snuje taką smutną historię miłosną, choć pewnie po 17 latach o wszystkim zapomniała.#garbage #shirleymanson

I got this album as a present on my 15th birthday and honestly played it to death.... haven't heard it in ages and by chance stumbled onto it again.... listened to nothing else all week.... literally one of the soundtracks to my youth

You guys are so young. The CD with the pink feather boa cover lined in black was my first official purchase. I never got any money so I had to horde it and usually got hit up for it when my parents needed cash for food or gas. But after I heard "I'm only happy when it rains" It was exactly how I felt so a coughed up $14 plus tax and listened to the CD and remembered the song in my head to keep me going in school. It's cool you grew up with music memories. I wanted to be Shirley @ age 15.
