Such a sweet dad movie. I can't even watch it anymore since I got married. I can't imagine what I would do if I lost my husband. When my daddy does last year I went into a depression. I can only imagine if my husband died how id be. God truly blessed me.

This would be Jeffrey Dean Morgan followed by Gerard, who is a much better singer....He was in Phantom of the Opera....doing a spot on impression of Steve Earle (the writer.) This is a nice version of the song. It is restricted by the transitions of the film. If you want to hear the greatest version of this tune imaginable listen to Steve Earle's version with Sharon Shannon and her band. If you are not familiar with her she is an Irish treasure, and is treated as such.

I own this movie... watch it every now and again but it's not a good one for watching when your so yearning for THAT kind of love... the real thing, the stuff that sticks, where your roots have become so entwined together that you cannot even conceive a life without him.
