I'm not a big fan of John actually. He was good and all, but, idk, just not really right for FSF. He fit better with Sensefield. I think John lacked the intensity that Jason had, and intense passion was a key component for FSF.

Jason was the best lead for FSF. Even that is hard for me to say, as I loved Chris in both FSF and DC. Jason and Chris are tied, with Jason only just pulling in the lead. and Jon, well, he was alright, I guess.
