Sorry guys this and Muggs version is not the original sampling. The sample comes from legendary latin American band LOS ANGELES NEGROS - COMO QUISIERA DECIRTE from the 60's & 70's. I'm an 80's-90's child and glad I grew up to hearing 50's and 60's music cause of my parents. I find it funny to hear all these hip hop and rap artists sampling songs from music I grew up with. I always thought Los angeles negros would sound great over hip hop / trip hop beats. Portishead is another group who is inspired by old 60's and 70's beats with hip hop.
