Gutted to find out so late in the day of Peter and Erik's deaths. Peter was the first interview (by mail) I did for my one-off 'zine Piss On Yer Flag. Seemed a real nice bloke and "Communion" is easily one of my fave HC records of all time. RIP.

By melodic I mean based around a catchy major scale melody. I would never say Infest and ssd are melodic at all.

They are a weird band. Their older stuff is almost like a punk rock THE CURE or something. I almost prefer this stuff, but its all good. He has a voice only comparible to Jello Biafra.
