Just listened to the Fightstar cover after reading these comments. I only made it 55 seconds in, what were they thinking, they are terrible. I saw FFAF at Reading in 2004 and they still send shivers down my spine when I listen to them, Fightstar just made me cringe.

"It is said that what is called "the spirit of an age" is something to which one cannot return. That this spirit gradually dissipates is due to the world's coming to an end. In the same way, a single year does not have just spring or summer. A single day, too, is the same. For this reason, although one would like to change today's world back to the spirit of one hundred years or more ago, it cannot be done. Thus it is important to make the best out of every generation. People have been saying that for decades - but there's always 'real' music around if you can find it! (aren't FFAF still going, anyway?)

Dear god why was I born in the wrong generation I wanted to be a 90s kid not a 90s baby and I also wanted to grow up to real music that has real meaning not shitty pop music.
