My first encounter with Phil Keaggy was when he played on Second Chapter of Acts' 2nd album, "In the Volume of the Book". he laid down some awesome licks that pushed me to seek him out and find his then new album, "Love Broke Though". God has unquestionably gifted this man and he was the first Christian guitarist that had some serous talent at the time. He still, in my humble opinion, right stands up there with Clapton, Paige, and Beck as an awesome guitar god.9 years ago
