Of the handful of albums (Crawl, 0+2=1, Peaceful Death And Pretty Flowers, Spendin' The Day) that defined 1991 for me, Steady Diet of Nothing evokes everything, the good, the bad and the ugly, that was going on in my life at the time in vivid detail. Maybe because I soaked in it very deeply. I will always be grateful for it.
