I came here because of a description of this album in Spin Magazine. Let me say the guys description of it is about 400 million light years away from what this is. Having said that I regret having wasted this time. If this were any more boring id be dead.

@genemeyer408 Yeah it's not hardcore, it's just a band with a screamer. That being said, David Comes to Life is a phenomenal album, lyrically and instrumentally. Doesn't matter if you're into punk or not, I think most people can appreciate this band. If not by their albums, then by their live show. Blew me away.

Why do people think this kind of singing sounds good? It's not "emotional." It's not even angry. It's just try-hard and stupid. It's a shame the music itself is so good. The song would be perfect if not for the juvenile masturbating they call singing.
