Live footage of the Belgian EBM group Front 242 in their role / slot as the supporting (opening) act for British group Depeche Mode, on DM's "Music For The Masses Tour" in Paris, France, at the "Palais Omnisport De Paris Bercy" venue on or about November 16th, 17th, or 18th, 1987.
(Three shows were played in Paris due to the very large French fanbase support for both Depeche Mode and Front 242 at that time.)

This video clip shows Front 242 in their "Official Warfare Tour" era incarnation (in support of the "Official Version" album ... complete with olive drab flight suit coveralls, Cold War era Eastern Bloc anti-riot gear garb, the everpresent Revo / Police brand "alpine style" sunglasses, fingerless leather assault gloves, and though you can't see it in the video, ... Adidas sneakers [for better traction onstage in dark venues with slick floors (due to water, spilled beer, etc.)] ).
Also note, the lyrics for this version of "Red Team" are different than those heard on the album version ("Official Version"). They are extended and refer to Soviet and Western nation (i.e. the U.S.A.) unilateral peace talks in Geneva, Switzerland in the mid 1980's, etc.

I only found out recently that Front 242 opened for DM back in 1987. I always wonder why they didn't go with DM during the Tour of the Masses 1988. I did see a crew men wearing Front 242 helicopter shirt in Depeche Mode 101. I think it would great for the band and getting new fans if did the DM Tour 1998.10 years ago

However, once he warms up to you (or you to him), he is incredibly generous with his time and whatever he can do for you. Daniel loves the band (it is his pride and joy) and he has been there from the beginning. Front 242 IS Daniel Bressanutti. Daniel has the final say on what works within the band, however, Patrick and Daniel are THE core of the band. Patrick = heart and soul of F242.10 years ago

in incredibly adept at picking up an instrument and extracting whatever that instrument has to offer (music-wise) before setting it down and doing the same with another instrument. Daniel has the musical aptitude like that of pop icon, Prince. Both are very focused on music, tones, scores, and how different pieces of music are blended together to create a final product ... similar to how a painter uses paint to flesh out a piece of artwork. He really is an affable individual. Very gracious and very easily approached. No aires or superciliousness / superiority complex about him. Loves Front 242 fans and makes time to chat with everyone. Incredibly nice person. Daniel Bressanutti is THE brain / brains behind the group. Hands down. No question or argument about it. Guy is a composing GENIUS. group (as well as the "teenager personality" type out of everyone). Jean Luc DeMeyer is more of the quiet type. I've always felt that he tends to sit back and size up things before commenting. Very observant ... but on the other hand, somewhat aloof and moody / brooding. Very nice guy in person. Patrick Codenys is just a charming guy all the way around. I like to think that he is the "heart and soul" of Front 242. He is what makes the band tick. In essence, the lifeblood of the band.10 years ago

Thanks Rey for your comment. They do put on good shows ... although I felt that the Re:Boot 98 Tour was pretty much cringeworthy in that I felt like I was watching Front 242 mixed with Run DMC. I've met everyone in the band and I didn't feel that any of them were, as you put it, "jerks in person". Each has their own personality: Richard is more of the outgoing type. Very much into wanting to experience everything that a new town / venue has to offer. I think of him as the comedian of the10 years ago

Excellent band, excellent presentation. Both the version presented here, as the original, are excellent! TrollCrusher, I LOVE these glasses they use. When I was 17, I spent all my salary (working as "office boy") to purchase a like this. The model I bought was "Pallarde - Rossignol" and have until today.
