Is Spit in the Face very similar to this song? Yes. Yes it is. But you'd have to be pretty thick to think that AF did it on purpose. It's punk music, of course some of it is going to be similar.

Stupid person. Since when signing to a major label means "selling out"? if you were a serious musician (which Im 100% you're not) you'd knew that signing to a big label only means you want more people to hear your work cause you thinking it's worth it and have the chance. its juts coincidence dudes, why would such a prolific band as anti-flag rip off some unknown band? it makes no sense, AF has written like 100 songs so far, it is normal to have similarities with songs from other bands.

I'm not sure if all of you people are aware, but, the only similarities are, in fact, the BPM and note separation. Are you aware of how many acts throughout Rock n' Roll's history have used the same chord progression? Hence why any particular artist cannot own the copyrights, otherwise, we'd be out of music and listening to the same 10 songs on repeat for an eternity.
