I have seen Frankie live and have sat in the second row on one occasion. He did lip sync at those concerts, it was extremely obvious. However, in this clip I am certain he is NOT lip synching. If he was lip syncing, he would continue to hit the high notes in the "I love you baby!" section. In addition, his voice matches the words perfectly. There are countless Youtube clips which show him lip synching in his old age. But not here.9 years ago
