No, he did write this song along with Chucky Thompson and Stevie J. Most of the songs on Frankie's album are credited to Cecil "Q" Ward, so that's definitely him. The only songs Quinnes Parker wrote on the album were "Dear Love" and "Think Of You".

I am so happy!!! I bought this album in 1998 and played the HECK OUT OF IT! and Like others, I made the mistake of sharing it with a friend and never got it back.
