He's sold out Bowery Ballroom and Knitting Factory in New York on his last US tour, (venues irrc) he did a good cover of Blink 182's Dammit with Transit, which is one youtube too... in the UK he's a legend, I'm sure he'll be considered such in America when given enough time!

I think the point he is making is that Fat Mike is pretty much never referred to as just " Mike " . It's just not right, he's Fat Mike, alwaysh as, always will be, the man is a legend.
