Was not familiar with this recording by Sinatra, certainly better than most anybody else's at the time. One of three superlative versions of his, then (including the one on 'Meet Danny Wilson', 1951). By his own standards, perhaps still a work in progress. Maybe the intimacy of the background trumpet also made a difference in Nelson Riddle's arrangement in 1959 ('Nice 'n' Easy' Lp).
