hey even if he sang his father's songs at least he gets a full house of Sinatra fans,if he was singing his own songs and no one was paying attention to it oh well then at least he makes money from the fans.

Well he did make his own style of music but nobody listened to him doing his thing, instead people seem to like listening to him singing his father's songs. It's isn't his choice at all to take after his father too much. Maybe that's why people don't like this second Frank Sinatra because he seems to steal his fame. His obstacle maybe to get rid of his father's shadows too. And above all, it's actually not necessary to be so bothered with the fact that this 70 year old man is singing his father's hits to be famous. Because we all know Frank Sinatra is irreplaceable and nobody can be as successful and unique as him no matter how much someone takes after him. His son is the best example.

Eh, I have to agree about Jr riding on the shirt tales of his father, but maybe SOME folks wanna hear old frank seniors songs live. Well??? There's not really a choice there, so this is what ya got. I've been to a Led Zeppelin concert recently, but it was a cover band since Jimmy Page and Robert Plant are still pissy like a couple of dramatic teenage females. Fact is, this is essentially like a cover band. He might not be his father no more than the cover band I saw being Led Zeppelin, but people like to hear the old Frank Sr tunes in concert. I'm sure he doesn't charge what his father charged either. If ya don't like the guy then don't listen to em. Easy as that.
