This is golden. It reminds me of the Buddy Holly apartment tapes. Just a recording device, a guitar and a voice. Buddy Holly was the original lo fi recording artist and Frank Black was a genuine admirer of him. Most classic rock artists drew inspiration from Buddy Holly.
