You really do have to become so adept at utilizing your fingers, hands, feet, etc as per whatever instrument you choose if ever you wish to play music as complex and difficult as these guys do. You can then simply conceptualize what you want in your head and let your body take it from there. Practice is for sure the ultimate necessity to get this accomplished.
