Frabjoy and Runcible Spoon were essentially Godley and Creme as a duo,also present on the recording were ex Mockingbirds bandmate Graham Gouldman and also Eric Stewart.'I'm Beside Myself' was their only single released under this name in September 1969.
A year later they would reconvene as Hotlegs and hit #2 in the UK charts with 'Neanderthal Man' and then in 1972.....well,you know the rest.
