You guys all realise that all that "fozzy wrote this way before twisted sister" crap was a press stunt to pretend the the band had been well establish in japan 20 years earlier (which would make jerico about 12).... In other words, it was the band trying to show they have a sense of humor.

@fiend13eight actually it is a cover. Jericho was only 14 and still in high school when this song came out...maybe 12 when it was written as most of Twisted Sister's album Stay Hungry was written at the same time as their "You Can't Stop Rock N Roll" album. And if you talk to Y2J, he'll tell you that the whole "Other people stole our music" was just a bit of fun for the band's backstory (he talks about this on his recent DVD that came out). It's a great cover though.

Jericho wrote this song at the age of 16. he had never published this song so twisted sister took it away and called it their own. same for bands like black sabbath, iron maiden, judas priest, scorpions just to name a few. Fozzy took time off with those songs. those bands might have not sang it the was supossed to but this is Jerichos' song
