@alvinpatacsil, Calm down, calm down. No-one's accusing FOW of "ripping off" New order, but it is obvious that they are greatly influenced by them. New Order should take it as a compliment. FOW are not a bad band, so don't get all hot n bothered. And New Order are TWENTY FIVE PER CENT synth. There's bass, guitar and drums there also. What part of that can you not comprehend?

@bofursgun You might wanna check New Order's Wikipedia page and check what genre were they into before. And yes, point taken, I'm very brave on replying. Small acts like FoW doesn't have anything except for their fans. So I would know if they ripped off their music from someone. I've listened to them all my life. Same can be said to JD, Kraftwerk and yes, Daft Punk( Their Homework album is the best.)

@bofursgun few hours ago: Yes, Gillian does/did play synth in New Order, but there is also guitar, bass and drums, so for you to imply they are a "synth driven band", when the synth represents only 25% of the band's make up is erroneous. They are 75% "non synth." Again, as per my previous point, Kratfwerk and Daft Punk are 100% synth, so this would be "synth driven." I base my responses on your own responses. So why accused me of venting out of the topic.

You know what I'm talking about. I never compared Daft Punk to New Order, so don't put words in my mouth. I merely said they are 100% electronic and synth driven. Unlike New Order. How am I wrong?
