I love this song through and through, and I love seeing such incredible commentary on a song of this caliber. However, I must address one thing that stood out to me. At 1:11, when the song turns from the chorus into the breakdown, there is a small sound effect you hear in the background. That spinning technological revving sound. It always makes me think to the anime Gurren Lagann, for its theme - Sorairo Days - uses the exact same sound effect at the beginning of it. I know neither song is likely the first to use that sound effect, but it's still a nice touch to me, for while the show is often viewed as nonsensical prattle (Giant robots, voluptuous women, prattle about spiral energy), that actually made the song's meaning stand out to me even better. For the song's lyrics may be about longing for someone, it's about getting back up on your feet and keep moving forward. Everything in your life is determined by how willing you are to just do that one simple task of moving forward with your life. A message very similar to the anime.Yes, there are those of you that may attack me for making a comparison of such an incredible song to a TV show rendered inferior in your minds simply because it's foreign, but I enjoyed it, and though you may disagree, we each are merely stating something called an opinion - a reasoning of taste deduced from influences and prejudices. And yes, you may argue against the messages being unlike each other.
