@trevLV I'm 15 and love 70's & 80's rock. I've loved Foreigner for a long time, and saw them live in 2010 with Kansas and Styx. I agree that Jeff really gave this band some energy. He was amazing. So good, I'm seeing them again in PA with Night Ranger and Journey. Also Huey Lewis. Also Poison and Motley Crue. So This is gonna be a great year for me. Rock will live forever, Rap and Hip Hop crap will die soon.

Jeff Pilson hads SO much 'PUNCH" to this band..saw them in Oct '09,and will be seeing them again in April..... Just makes me think how many great bands came out of the mid to late 70s...Its a shame,the kids these days have so much crap for music..If any young musicians are reading this,PLEASE...Learn your craft..Learn to rock...Its NOT all about rapping or dancing,and it sure as hell aint about being "the next American Idol"

@punktexas I wasn't trying to make any statement about those other bands except that This incarnation of Foreigner blew away those other two bands on that particular day. It was a very pleasant surprise. In fact, Styx was actually pretty good that evening, and I go to see them quite frequently. And the last time I saw Kansas, they were fantastic. (Though not this past time) Foreigner just came out and blew the audience away, the others did not.

@snorkymn Sure I'm just stirring things up but do you know Stxy only has one original member? and who knows who the current members of Kansas are? I'm a huge fan of these bands early work but don't get the draw they have now. More power to them and thier fans.....everybody's happy so what's wrong with that? I've moved on and moved back. Yes, moved backwards discovering bands I missed back in the day....and there are some great bands that were overlooked.

OK everybody.....I didn't say this band sux....they're great players and put on a great show,,,,, lots-o-tickets sold prove it.. To me, this is more a cover band than Foreigner.

Saw them last night with Styx and Kansas. They blew those two groups away with their energy and sound. What a find Kelly Hansen is as the new lead singer. Go see them if you get a chance.

As a response to myself... I may be wrong on that... but I know someone from Damn Yankees was at that concert.. whether they are in the band or not is beyond me.
