Didn't even know who John Denver was until I got stationed in Colorado Springs in the Air Force. He visited the base enlisted club and sang and I was stunned as the beauty of his voice...............my youth ended when he died.

An incredible singer songwriter. What a legacy he left us . I could never listen to him sing without becoming emotional and that was when he still was here with us. I just love all of his songs. Sunshine and Annie's song in particular. He crossed all Genres of music. He is simply irreplaceable.

My dad sang this to my mom when they got married over 30 yrs ago. He sang as she walked down the aisle. My mom passed away December 8, 2014 and not a day goes by that I don't think about her. My parents had a great marriage.

Brings back so many memories and still makes me cry. Reminds me of growing up in the 70's, John Denver was one of my favorites, followed me to college. I hardly listen to his music anymore, but maybe someday again. Who knows. Many hugs.
